The following is an account of one person's experience with the "Winning in the Cash Flow Business" program, written by my friend.

I read the information on “Winning in the Cash Flow Business” and thought it could work…even living outside of the U.S.A. The course was ordered and delivered in about a week. The cost was 10 U.S dollars and then customs cost me another 13.00 dollars. Now this was for a trial period, then a monthly fee would be required.

Before the course arrived I started getting telephone calls from the Dalbey group several times a day. The first CD was extremely boring. It repeated over and over what the course could do for my life, but never how. I looked through the materials and felt this was not for me. Then I had a phone call from the Dalbey people again. It was suggested that if I felt overwhelmed I could sign up for special tutoring. It was 2,000 to 3,000 dollars. Far more than I could afford and was willing to pay someone for a job. Usually people pay me to work for them, albeit it is 40 hours a week, outside of the home.

I then started to read the manuals.
First step: (and I quote)
“ Get a list of 400 note holders-Mortgages”
“ Get a list of 400 professionals-Attorneys, CPAs, Mortgage Brokers & Real Estate Agents”

This was overwhelming. Then I read how to find this information. The book states to look in phone books or call a local list broker and for note holders it suggests that a visit to the local courthouse was in order. This was looking more difficult. I continued reading and found another reference to a lawyer (I took it as I needed a lawyer) and lots of real estate paperwork. This was not a 3 step, find it, post it and get paid system. I put the book away, and decided to return the system. I called and got a return authorization number with no problem.

Another call from the Dalbey people put me in a nasty mood. This person stated he was higher in the food chain than the fellow that previously called. He was a senior member and could offer me the tutoring for a much less price, only 1,000 dollars. WOW. I told him it was not doable and he persisted, asking me what I wanted out of life and what would I do with the money I earned. Then he asked just how much I could afford, the nerve of the guy. I went on to tell him that this system might work for someone who was in the real estate business but not someone who was in chemistry, like myself. I found the paperwork too baffling and he proceeded to tell me the course was written at a grade 8 level. After this insult I was ready to slam the phone down. The fellow continued and I listened just to see how far he would go, he felt that I should be able to afford something for a job, I repeated no and finally he said, “Maybe this course is not you”. I won, I think. Yes, I did, I still have my credit card balance at zero.
